Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final; No Refunds.
All sales of a CandidateKey, including, without limitation, any service charge or transaction fee, are final and non-refundable. In addition, you acknowledge and accept the risk that a purchased CandidateKey may expire (i.e; the candidate associated with the CandidateKey does not win the 2016 Presidential Election) and subsequently will not be able to be used to purchase a room at the Trump International Hotel, Washington, D.C. during the 2017 Presidential Inauguration. No refunds shall be given for an expired CandidateKey.
If your candidate wins the 2016 Presidential Election, based on your obligation to the specified room, a successful CandidateKey holders credit card will be automatically charged to purchase the specified room at the Trump International Hotel, Washington, D.C. during the 2017 Presidential Inauguration. All Room sales are Final. No Refunds will be given.
Schedule Change; Event Cancellation or Postponement
The Trump International Hotel is not responsible for ANY refunds in the event of a cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the 2017 Presidential Inauguration.
